Our inspection usually takes from 2-4 hours depending on the age, size and condition of the house. We encourage our client to be present during the inspection because its not only provides insights to repairs needed, but it also gives the buyer a better understanding of all the systems in the house and how it operates.

The reports are produce using a professional inspection reporting software program, which produces a professional uniform terminology and pictures. A hardcopy of the final report can be hand delivered or access in the internet.

 Additionally, G M Home Inspection, LLC provides environmental testing on air quality for mold and other pollutant inside and outside of your home. We are partners with PRO-LAB, a leading environmental laboratory testing service in the world.
